So i went to my wallet and i sent it again At this point my 2nd ticket that i created asking what the deal was with no response was combined with the first one. On the same day they responded to me november 28th, a tuesday , i sent back another response saying i paid the amount said and i wanted to make sure it worked. For the next 30 minutes i sat there wondering what went wrong and how that could have happened because i followed the directions accordingly.
I came to the conclusion that it could be the fact that my wallet was in mBTC and they wanted BTC again ive never used bitcoin before so how was i supposed to know? I messaged them again on the same day saying that i think my wallet is in mBTC and that im not sure if thats whats wrong or what. I also realized that i was getting charged for every transaction fee in bitcoin which i didnt know as well dumb on my part. Now from the 28th, till the next time i messaged them, on the 5th of December 7 days later i asked them to please contact me so we can figure it all out because i really wanted my seeds and i was already waiting since november 23rd original order date.
No one responded until december 8th 10 days after their previous response finally telling me that im sending mBTC and that i need to send BTC. I responded about 3 hours later saying Now that i understand what happened i will have to buy more bitcoins to make the payment.

Not to mention in a message by "gordon" originally he said he could refund my small bitcoin transactions and then later said that it was too small of a transaction and they could give me a reward point for my trouble I feel like i wasted my time and now im writing a bad review which i almost never do but i am feeling very screwed over right now.

Ruth from the seedsman was empathetic regarding the missing seed pack and told me that she is looking into it and will get back to me regarding a potential resend. While it may have taken her a few extra days to get back to me she has responded which is good. I jumped the gun after not hearing back from them for a couple of days and should not have.
I placed an order which showed was in stock, but 4 days after I get an email saying that due to a rare inventory inaccuracy they are actually out of stock. They ask me to send a replacement order of similar value and they will send it out, so I did.
That was 10 days ago. Now we're at 2 weeks and I still haven't heard anything. I paid by CC and my account was immediately charged and hit with conversion fees. I don't know what else to do at this point. I sent another email today, and will give it til the end of next week, but if I don't hear anything I'm going to have to call the bank and let them take care of it. I was very happy with the packaging though I can't say anything about the seeds as I'm yet to plant any. People do have different experiences, but my personal experience was more than satisfactory with seedsman.
Yeah I found them great to deal with as well. They're just not answering your emails at all Redio? If not have you tried a different way of contacting them? Phone or alternate email? They have sent me 2 separate emails stating the same thing, to respond to the email with my replacement order.
But they say to respond to them and avoid starting another "ticket" to avoid delays I have responded to both, multiple times to the first one. I have called their US phone number, no answer whether I call day or night. I realize we are in opposite timezones, so I don't expect an answer right away, but after two weeks I'm just stuck in the dark.
They are a legit company though- and I haven't heard many complaints about them, unlike some other seedbanks around here. They'll come through eventually. Just stay polite and they should toss in some compensation seeds or credit for the next order. I've heard mostly great reviews, especially here on the mag. I was respectful in my response to them, but did let them know how frustrated I was.
I threw in some other strain to bring the total up a few more dollars to get the other set of free seeds. Of course, the "rare inventory mix up" they don't have in stock is the GDP So the initial feeling of bait and switch, coupled with the 2 weeks passed with no real response has me really frustrated.
It's just bad business and a terrible first impression. Hopefully they will make it right, and I'm willing to forgive, but I certainly cannot recommend them as it stands now. I'll update with whatever happens. Seedsman is great, they get all my business, no trouble at all, fast, very stealthy, and great germination rate. Seedsman will no longer get my business. For three months they've had my bitcoin.
I originally ordered Grand Daddy Purple, because I'm anxious to try to grow this strain and didn't mind paying more for it. They said they shipped, I never received it. When a month passed, they finally addressed it and said they would resend, but of course they were out of Grand Daddy Purple.
I chose different seeds, and waited another 30 days and never received my order.
